Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of AUD20 converted to NZD at the current exchange rate on the day. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping which generally takes between 3-7 days.

Visited run vault for a pair of new running shoes. Got some great advice from Rob regarding what should be better for longer, slower runs vs days when I want to really go faster. I ended up buying two pairs, one for training and one for race days.
