Run Vault is proud to partner with 3rd Space in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane providing a collection point for good quality used footwear and apparel that can be donated on a regular basis to assist people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

3rd Space is a day-time drop-in centre where people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Brisbane can find support, friendship and dignity.

At 3rd Space they form relationships, build trust and provide hope in a place of safety.

They rely on donations from the community to support those who access the centre & we saw a great opportunity to help.

Run Vault were keen to get involved with the donation of goods, since we all know that many running shoes are replaced well before the end of their life.

After visiting the centre and meeting the team, we agreed that a collection bin at the Run Vault Shop would be a perfect location for when our customers come in to purchase new shoes for their adventures. Customer's donations could be collected & then regularly delivered to 3rd Space for distribution.

We encourage the community to drop in at Shop 22, 95 Linton Street Kangaroo Point to drop off quality used shoes and other items (listed below) for donation to 3rd Space when shopping for new running gear.

3rd Space relies on donations from the community to support those who access the centre.

They welcome donations of 2nd hand or new good quality practical clothing, shoes, travel size toiletries and non-perishable food.

There are some items that are not acceptable, including used childrens clothes (new childrens clothes ok), used underwear or socks and perishable foods.
