- Wash well after exercise and ensure skin is clean and dry before applying cream.
- Apply cream generously to required areas and massage the cream in using firm but comfortable strokes. Continue until the cream has been absorbed.

Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of AUD20 converted to NZD at the current exchange rate on the day. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping which generally takes between 3-7 days.
Shipments sent to New Zealand are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
