Quick sizing tips for runners
- If you are at the lower end of a height band you can stay with the shorter pole size for a slightly quicker feel
- If you are at the upper end of a height band you can choose the longer pole size for more climbing power
- For technical mountain terrain and long ultras most runners lean toward the longer of two possible sizes

Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of AUD20 converted to NZD at the current exchange rate on the day. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping which generally takes between 3-7 days.
