Born and raised in QLD. Has been running most of his adult life, starting in obstacle course racing and trails before hitting up the local road marathons. Loves a personal challenge and has taken on many endurance feats, both for his own journey and for charity.

Our youngest employee, taking customer orders in the cafe and sampling the many treats from the pastry cabinet. Emily has a larger-than-life personality that can only be infectious. She pushes hard at the local 5km races, competitive with her sister and mum.
