The Altra Experience Flow 3 is a lightweight daily trainer built to deliver smooth, efficient miles with a natural running feel. Designed for runners who want a more familiar ride within the Altra range, it combines a 4mm drop, moderate cushioning and rocker geometry to create a consistent and efficient heel-to-toe transition.
Underfoot, the shoe features Altra’s lightweight EGO™ P35 midsole foam, providing a balanced blend of soft cushioning and responsive energy return for daily training. The rocker geometry helps maintain forward momentum, while the breathable engineered mesh upper delivers a secure fit. Altra’s Standard FootShape™ design allows natural toe splay for improved comfort and stability across easy runs, long runs and everyday mileage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of AUD20 converted to NZD at the current exchange rate on the day. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping which generally takes between 3-7 days.
Shipments sent to New Zealand are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
