Complete your kit
"The ultimate wind down recovery drink. It's like sleep therapy for your muscles."
Jamie, Run Vault
Nocturne is recovery that works while you sleep. A casein and whey blend releases protein slowly overnight, and tryptophan supports relaxation and deeper sleep, without any added melatonin.
Added BCAAs help repair muscle through heavy training, golden flaxseed brings omega 3s, and a mix of carbs tops up your energy for tomorrow's session.
Why we rate it
- Slow release casein plus whey for overnight muscle repair
- Tryptophan to help you switch off and sleep deeper
- BCAAs, flaxseed and clean carbs for a complete recovery mix
- Vegetarian, gluten free, high protein, no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Made in Australia
