Complete your kit
Repair is your post run recovery drink. A 4:1 carb to protein ratio refills glycogen and gets muscle repair started, which matters most when you're backing up sessions.
It uses a blend of fast and slow proteins. Whey works fast, while casein keeps feeding your muscles for longer. Added BCAAs and glutamine help with repair and immune support through big training blocks. The flavour is light with no thickeners, so it's easy to get down straight after a hot session.
Why we rate it
- 4:1 carbs to protein for proper glycogen replenishment
- Protein blend for fast and sustained recovery
- BCAAs plus glutamine for repair and immune support
- Vegetarian, gluten free, high protein, no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Made in Australia
