Long runs, sun, sweat and chafe all take a toll on your skin. Premax Recovery Cream for Skin hydrates, soothes and helps your skin repair after exercise so it's ready for the next session.
Developed by sports physio Randall Cooper with elite athletes, it's a non greasy, silky cream with a subtle scent and no menthol, so there's no cooling tingle. It also works well as a self massage cream on tired legs post run.

HOW TO USE
Shower after exercise and make sure skin is clean and dry. Apply generously and massage in with firm, comfortable strokes until absorbed.

- Wash well after exercise and ensure skin is clean and dry before applying cream.
- Apply cream generously to required areas and massage the cream in using firm but comfortable strokes. Continue until the cream has been absorbed.
